We'll confirm your consultation date and time, along with details on what to expect and how to prepare.

Meet with us at our Fitzroy studio or remotely to bring your piece to life together. We'll hear the story behind it, talk through your design preferences, and work within your budget to create something unique to you.

Within 7 days of your consultation, you'll receive an initial design concept and quote.

If needed, we'll refine the design to ensure it aligns with your vision before moving forward.

Once the final design and quote have been approved, we'll request the pre-production deposit.

Upon receipt of the deposit, your piece will move into production. Each piece is handcrafted and carefully overseen by the maker throughout the process. Production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of the pre-production deposit.

Once your piece is complete, the remaining balance will be due. Upon receipt of the final payment, your finished piece will be prepared for delivery.
